These inserts serve as a protective sleeve or buffer between the tube and tube sheet, extending the life of the heat exchanger and maintaining the integrity of the joint.
Metalok ferrule inserts are custom-machined to suit standard and non-standard tube sizes and are available in straight, flared, grooved, and welded designs. Fabricated from high-grade materials such as SS 316/304, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Titanium, and Duplex, they are built to perform in high-pressure, high-temperature, and aggressive chemical environments.
