Flush Rings

Flush Rings

Our Flush Rings are precision-designed accessories used in conjunction with diaphragm seal pressure instruments to allow safe, efficient flushing, calibration, or sampling of process media without dismantling the instrument. Installed between the diaphragm seal and process flange, flush rings are especially useful in viscous, corrosive, or slurry applications—such as in chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, pulp & paper, and wastewater treatment. Manufactured from stainless steel, alloy steel, or specialty alloys, our flush rings are available in single-port or dual-port designs, and are fully compatible with ANSI, DIN, and EN flanges.

  • Single and Dual Port Options
Available with one or two flushing ports for flexible operations.
  • Precision Port Machining
Ensures unrestricted fluid flow during flushing or calibration.
  • Standardized Design
Matches flange standards such as ANSI B16.5, DIN, and EN 1092-1.
  • Material Versatility
Offered in SS 304, SS 316, Hastelloy, Monel, and other corrosion-resistant materials.
  • Threaded or Socket Weld Ports
Accommodates instrument connections or drain valves.
  • Enables Safe Flushing & Sampling
Cleans the diaphragm face without removing the instrument.
  • Protects Instrument Accuracy
Prevents clogging and buildup of process media.
  • Reduces Downtime
No need to dismantle process connections for maintenance or calibration.
  • Supports Hygienic & Harsh Environments
Ideal for slurry, viscous, corrosive, or sanitary processes.
  • Improves System Integrity
Minimizes contamination risk and extends the life of pressure devices.
