Dbb Monoflange Valves
Dbb Monoflange Valves
Our DBB (Double Block & Bleed) Monoflange Valves are engineered to provide a compact, lightweight, and highly reliable solution for isolating pressure instruments in critical applications. By combining two block valves and one bleed valve into a single body, the DBB Monoflange replaces multiple components and minimizes potential leak paths. It ensures complete isolation during maintenance or calibration and safe pressure venting through the bleed valve. Made from corrosion-resistant materials like SS 316, Duplex, and carbon steel, and suitable for installation on pressure vessels, tanks, and pipelines, our monoflange valves meet stringent industry standards and are ideal for offshore, oil & gas, and chemical processing environments.
- Integrated Double Block & Bleed Design
Combines two isolation valves and one bleed valve in a compact body. - Space-Saving Structure
Reduces weight and footprint on instrument panels and pipework. - Blow-Out Proof Stem & Anti-Tamper Handle
Increases safety and reliability during operation. - Flanged, Threaded, or Welded Ends
Available in various connection types to suit different installation needs. - High Pressure Ratings
Suitable for service pressures up to 10,000 PSI depending on design and material.
- Improves Operational Safety
Enables full system isolation and safe pressure bleed-off. - Reduces Potential Leak Points
Fewer connections compared to traditional multi-valve setups. - Simplifies Installation
One-piece design cuts down on assembly time and required components. - Ideal for Tight Spaces
Compact form factor is perfect for offshore and space-constrained applications. - Enhances System Reliability
Robust construction and precise shut-off prevent contamination and leakage.
