Metalok Industries’ Check Valves with NPT Female x NPT Female connections are engineered to ensure reliable, unidirectional flow and prevent reverse flow in critical industrial systems. These valves are ideal for use in oil and gas, chemical processing, water treatment, power generation, and instrumentation lines. Designed for automatic operation, they close promptly when flow ceases or reverses, thereby protecting pumps, meters, and other sensitive components. Available in sizes ranging from 1/4″ to 2″, these check valves support pressure ratings up to 6000 psi, depending on size and material, with a standard cracking pressure of 0.33 psi and options for higher settings upon request. Manufactured with threaded ends conforming to ASME B1.20.1 standards, they are easy to install in both horizontal and vertical configurations. Body material options include stainless steel (SS304/SS316), carbon steel, brass, duplex, super duplex, Monel, and Hastelloy, with seal materials such as PTFE, Viton, NBR, EPDM, and Kalrez to match diverse fluid media.
