MONOFLANGE VALVES
MONOFLANGE VALVES
Monoflange Valves are compact, multi-function valves designed to integrate isolation, venting, and sometimes bleed functions into a single, space-saving unit. They are typically mounted directly onto pressure measurement devices—such as transmitters, gauges, or switches—and offer a streamlined alternative to traditional multi-valve assemblies (such as separate block and bleed valves). Monoflange valves are widely used in oil & gas, petrochemical, chemical, and power generation industries, particularly in applications where space, weight, and safety are critical—such as offshore platforms and high-pressure systems.
TYPE OF MONOFLANGE VALVES
- Compact valve body: Combines multiple functions—block, bleed, vent—in one forged or machined unit.
- Flanged process connection: Usually available in ANSI or DIN flanges (e.g., 150#, 300#, 600#).
- Instrument connection: 1/2″ NPT female or tube fitting for direct transmitter/gauge mounting.
- Metal or soft seats: Depending on pressure and media requirements.
- Fire-safe and anti-blowout stem designs: For high-integrity applications.
- Optional vent/bleed ports: For safe depressurization or calibration access.
- Reduces weight and installation space by replacing multiple valves and fittings.
- Improves system reliability with fewer potential leak paths.
- Enhances safety by minimizing external connections in high-pressure environments.
- Speeds up installation and reduces cost compared to traditional valve assemblies.
- Suitable for both liquid and gas service, including corrosive and hazardous media.
