METALOK INDUSTRIES Compression Tube Fittings / Twin Ferrule Tube Fittings are designed and manufactured for applications in chemical and petrochemical plants, as well as the oil, gas, and power generation industries. Our double ferrule fittings are available in various materials, including stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, brass, Monel, titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel, and other alloys, as per client specifications. With pressure ratings of up to 11,000 psig, these fittings are offered in both standard and customized sizes, ranging from 1/16” to 2” and 2 mm to 50 mm, with a variety of end connections and configurations. Designed and developed in accordance with international quality standards, METALOK INDUSTRIES fittings provide a reliable, leak-free connection in instrumentation and process tubing systems.

Featuring a low torque design, our double ferrule fittings operate with a staged, sequential swaging action when the nut is tightened. The back ferrule advances axially, pushing the front ferrule forward while simultaneously exerting a strong radial grip on the tube. The front ferrule serves as the primary sealing mechanism, compensating for variations in tubing size.

Our fittings ensure excellent gas-tight sealing and consistent reassembly, which guarantees precise measurement of process parameters—such as air, steam, fuel, and water—ensuring efficient plant operation. Additionally, METALOK INDUSTRIES tube fittings help minimize fugitive emissions, process fluid leakage, and operational costs.
