The Tube Weld Adaptor is designed for permanent, high-integrity connections between tube systems and process components through welding. One end is compatible with METALOK INDUSTRIES® – style compression fittings, while the other end is a plain, weldable tube stub that enables direct welding to tubing or piping. This adaptor provides a compact, leak-free solution ideal for high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive environments. Commonly used in chemical processing, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, and food-grade applications, the Tube Weld Adaptor ensures smooth flow paths and reduces the risk of contamination or leakage. Available in sizes from 1/8” to 2” and 3mm to 50mm, it is manufactured from high-purity, corrosion-resistant materials such as Stainless Steel (SS), Duplex, Monel, Hastelloy, and other alloys.
