TUBE INSERT
A Tube Insert is a reinforcement component used in conjunction with soft or thin-walled tubing to prevent deformation or collapse during compression fitting installation. It is inserted into the end of the tube to provide internal support when the Nut and Ferrules are tightened, ensuring a proper seal and maintaining the structural integrity of the tubing. Tube Inserts are particularly useful in plastic, copper, or other soft metal tubing applications, where added support is essential for leak-free and vibration-resistant connections. Available in sizes from 1/8” to 2” and 3mm to 50mm, Tube Inserts are made from durable materials such as Stainless Steel (SS), Brass, and other compatible metals.
