The Single Ferrule is a one-piece compression component used in tube fitting systems to create a reliable, leak-tight seal between the tube and the fitting body. Unlike the two-ferrule system, which uses separate front and back ferrules, the single ferrule combines gripping and sealing functions into one part. When the Nut is tightened, the Single Ferrule compresses around the tube and wedges into the fitting body, forming a tight mechanical seal. This design simplifies installation and reduces the number of components while maintaining excellent performance. Single Ferrules are available in sizes from 1/8” to 2” and 3mm to 50mm and are made from corrosion-resistant materials such as Stainless Steel (SS), Brass, Monel, Hastelloy, and Duplex.
