O-SEAL TUBE ADAPTOR
The O-Seal Tube Adaptor is engineered for high-integrity, leak-proof connections in applications that demand superior sealing. It features a METALOK INDUSTRIES® – compatible tube fitting on one end and a straight thread with an O-ring (O-Seal) on the other, designed to seal against flat-faced ports. This configuration provides enhanced resistance to pressure, vibration, and thermal cycling, making it ideal for hydraulic systems, instrumentation panels, and process control setups. The O-ring seal provides a metal-to-metal thread hold with elastomeric sealing performance. Available in sizes from 1/8” to 2” and 3mm to 50mm, it is manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials such as Stainless Steel (SS), Brass, Duplex, Monel, and Hastelloy for long-lasting durability.
