The Nut is a crucial component of tube fittings, used to secure the ferrule(s) and ensure a tight, leak-free connection between tubing and fittings. Designed for use with METALOK-type compression systems, the Nut applies the necessary axial force to the ferrules during installation, enabling them to grip and seal around the tube effectively. Precision-machined for reliable performance, Nuts are available in a wide range of sizes from 1/8” to 2” and 3mm to 50mm. They are manufactured from high-strength, corrosion-resistant materials such as Stainless Steel (SS), Brass, Duplex, Monel, and Hastelloy to suit a variety of applications, including instrumentation, chemical processing, and hydraulic systems.
