MONO FLANGE VALVES
Mono flange Valves – Integrating Safety, Performance, and Innovation.
Monoflange Valves are designed to replace traditional multi-valve assemblies with a compact, integrated solution that enhances system efficiency and safety. Manufactured from either a forged or barstock body, these valves offer superior mechanical strength while minimizing potential leak paths, system weight, and vibration. This robust design results in a more rigid, cost-effective, and safer operation across a wide range of industrial applications.
Available in multiple configurations—such as single block, single block and bleed, and double block and bleed—Metalok’s Monoflange Valves cater to diverse operational needs. They are offered in standard stainless steel as well as other materials including carbon steel, duplex, super duplex, and Monel, based on specific client requirements. Valve sizes range from 1/2” to 2” and are compatible with flange ratings from Class 150 up to Class 2500, in full accordance with ASME B16.5 standards.
Each valve features a one-piece ultra-slim forged or barstock body, with optional outside screw and yoke (OS&Y) needle valves to ensure extended service life and high mechanical performance. Gauge adaptors are incorporated for flexible gauge positioning, and every valve ensures bubble-tight shutoff. The materials used are fully traceable to EN 10204 3.1 standards, with optional compliance to NACE standards for sour environments. Standard outlet connections include 1/2” NPT female threads, conforming to ASME B1.20.1, with material thickness adhering to ASME B16.34 requirements.
To ensure reliability and safety, all valves undergo 100% hydrostatic testing at the factory. Shell tests are conducted at 1.5 times the maximum allowable working pressure, while seat tests are performed at 1.1 times the rated pressure, as per BS EN 12266-1 and API 598 testing standards.
Metalok Industries also offers bespoke customization options, ensuring each monoflange valve can be tailored to meet the specific requirements of your system. For more technical details and configurations, please refer to our product catalog or get in touch with our support team.
