The Male Tube Adaptor – RS Type is designed to provide a secure connection between a tube fitting and a male ISO Parallel (G-thread) with a bonded seal for reliable face sealing. Commonly referred to as “RS Type,” this fitting features a parallel male thread with a recessed face, allowing the use of an elastomeric bonded washer (O-ring + metal ring) to achieve a pressure-tight seal against a flat surface. One end connects to METALOK INDUSTRIES® -style compression fittings, while the threaded end mates with ISO 228/1 parallel threaded ports. Available in sizes from 1/8” to 2” and 3mm to 50mm, it is manufactured from premium materials including Stainless Steel (SS), Brass, Duplex, Monel, and Hastelloy for excellent corrosion resistance and pressure handling. This adaptor is ideal for hydraulic systems, general instrumentation, and process piping requiring a compact and leak-free solution.
