BULKHEAD UNION ELBOW
The Bulkhead Union Elbow is a 90-degree fitting designed to connect two tubes through a panel or enclosure wall while enabling a right-angle change in direction. It features METALOK-compatible compression fittings on both ends and includes a bulkhead nut and washer for secure panel mounting. This design allows for precise routing of tubing through partitions while maintaining a strong, leak-tight connection. The Bulkhead Union Elbow is ideal for use in instrumentation panels, enclosures, and process control systems where both directional change and structural pass-through are required. It is available in sizes ranging from 1/8” to 2” and 3mm to 50mm, and is manufactured from corrosion-resistant materials such as Stainless Steel (SS), Brass, Duplex, Monel, and Hastelloy.
