METALOK Needle valves are designed for stringent application in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical etc. industries. These can be used for throttling and straight isolation in process or flow control applications. These metal seated valves are machined from square bar stock and are available in sizes 1/8??? to 2??? in various connections. 10000 psi valves are rated upto 1??? pipe size. Rising stem& bar stock body design. Metal-to-Metal seating achieves buddle-tight shut-off, longer stem/seal life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance Available in 316 Stainless Steel, Monel, Duplex & other exotic material. BSPP, BSPT, ISO, Socket & Butt Weld etc. connections available on request. Temperature range 100??C to 230??C (400??C Optional ) Needle Valves are designed for Pressure upto 20,000 psi Spindle is thread rolled and burnished for smooth operation and long life. All valves are 100% factory tested with Dust and thread caps are provided as standard.
