The 5-Way Direct Mount Valve (Type 2) is a high-performance valve manifold designed specifically for differential pressure transmitters. This configuration includes 2 isolation valves, 1 equalizer valve, and 2 vent (bleed) valves, with a layout optimized for horizontal mounting orientation or for installations requiring specific port alignment different from Type 1. Used extensively in refineries, petrochemical plants, oil & gas platforms, and power generation units, this manifold enables full functionality for measurement, isolation, equalizing, and calibration—all in one compact and rugged body.
- Direct Mount Flange: Mounts directly to DP transmitters with 54 mm (2-1/8″) center-to-center port distance, Complies with IEC and ANSI standards
- End Connections: Process Ports: 1/2″ NPT Female, Instrument Ports: Flanged Mount (IEC/ANSI compatible)
- Vent Ports: 1/4″ NPT (optional vent plugs or needle valves)
- Bonnet Style: Screwed or integral
- Stem Tip Options: Metal-to-metal, non-rotating, or soft-seat
- Packing: PTFE (standard) for general use, Graphite (for high-temperature up to 425°C)
