The 5-Way Direct Mount Valve (Type 1) is a compact manifold designed for differential pressure transmitters, offering complete functionality for isolation, equalization, venting, and calibration. This valve allows the operator to control the flow from both the high- and low-pressure sides of the process and safely equalize and vent pressure before performing maintenance or calibration. Used widely in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, power plants, and offshore industries, the 5-way valve simplifies installation and enhances safety and reliability.
- Direct Mounting Design: Compatible with most DP transmitters (standard 54 mm / 2-1/8″ center-to-center), Eliminates need for impulse tubing
- Valve Configuration: 2 x Isolation (H & L), 1 x Equalizer, 2 x Vent (H & L)
- End Connections: Process: 1/2″ NPT Female, Instrument: Direct Flanged Mount (IEC standard)
- Vent Ports: 1/4″ NPT (optional with plug or vent valve)
- Stem Tip: Non-rotating hard or soft-seat available
- Bonnet Style: Screwed or integral
- Packing: PTFE (standard) or Graphite (for high-temperature)
- Pressure Rating: Up to 6,000 psi (414 bar)
- Temperature Range: PTFE: Up to 232°C, Graphite: Up to 425°C
- Material Options: SS316, SS304, CS, Monel, Hastelloy, Duplex, etc.
